Every LanguageTicket educator undergoes rigorous verification before conducting a single session. This includes identity checks, official degree confirmation, international police clearances, and UK DBS (Enhanced) checks or regional equivalents.
Lessons take place inside secure, encrypted video classrooms. Sessions are closed to external internet traffic and protected against uninvited attendees or open peer chats.
Lessons are recorded securely for parental peace of mind and internal quality audits. Parents can review lesson recordings at any time from their family dashboard.
Teachers are strictly forbidden from contacting minor students outside the LanguageTicket platform, exchanging personal social media accounts, or communicating via external messaging apps.
